Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Q-Clinics website (qclinics.coach) and registering for Q-Clinics programs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Registration & Payment

• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. A registration is not confirmed until payment is received or a check payment arrangement has been made.
• Payment may be made by credit/debit card through Stripe or by check delivered on the first day of camp.
• Registration fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the camp start date. Requests made more than 14 days before camp may be granted at the directors' discretion.
• Sibling and multi-week discounts are applied automatically during registration as configured by camp administrators.

Camp Policies

All campers and families must comply with Q-Clinics Camp Policies, including health care, medication, discipline, and safety policies. These policies are developed in accordance with Massachusetts regulations (105 CMR 430.000).

Participation Requirements

• All required registration forms and medical documentation must be completed before a camper may participate.
• Parents/guardians must accept the participation waiver during registration.
• Parents/guardians must acknowledge the camp policies during registration.
• Campers requiring medication during camp hours must have completed the appropriate medication authorization forms.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in Q-Clinics sports programs involves inherent risks including physical injury. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to the terms outlined in the participation waiver.

Conduct

Q-Clinics reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or inconsistent with camp expectations, without refund. See our full discipline policy for details.

Website Use

• You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to access unauthorized areas or interfere with its operation.
• Information you provide must be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any verification codes sent to your email.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Q-Clinics and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in camp programs or use of this website.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
