We collect the following information during registration:
- Camper information: name, date of birth, grade, gender
- Parent/guardian information: name, email, phone number, relationship to camper
- Emergency contact information: name, phone, relationship
- Medical information: allergies, medications, medical conditions, inhaler/EpiPen status
- Payment information: processed securely through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
- Documents: health forms, waivers, and other uploaded files
How We Use Your Information
- To process camp registrations and payments
- To ensure camper safety and comply with Massachusetts health regulations
- To communicate with parents/guardians about camp activities
- To fulfill our obligations under 105 CMR 430.000 (Minimum Standards for Recreational Camps for Children)
Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information only:
- With our health care consultant and supervisor as required for camper safety
- With the Quincy Health Department and Massachusetts DPH as required by regulation
- With Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- When required by law or to protect the safety of campers
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal information. Medical records are maintained in accordance with Massachusetts regulations and are accessible only to authorized camp staff.
Photo/Video
With consent provided during registration, we may photograph or video record campers for use on our website and social media. You may opt out by notifying the directors in writing before camp begins.
